Well for those of you who know me.... it's just fitting. I'm quite the outgoing spirit and my teacher voice is in working form. Though i'm not a classroom teacher anymore I still teach teachers and students alike. The mane part- well hair is something I'm not lacking in. I'm of both Indian and Norwegian descent and like both of those cultures; course, thick hair is common. So here's me with the long mane of thick, course, naturally curly hair. (Edit as of 9/9... I must give my brother in law Blake full credit for his ability to create nicknames for others. Though "The Loud Mane" wasn't his nickname for me... he should get credit for my motivation of the creation of the name of this blog!)
So why start a blog? Why the heck not! I figured it was something new I hadn't tried and might just spark some interest with some peeps out there!
A little about me
My name is Staci Thomison and I live in Georgetown, Tx. with my son Levi and my husband Aaron. My threepack is happy and loving but we are far from perfect. However, we are perfect together and our life is really blessed. I'm an Elementary Technology Integration Specialist for PfISD.I love my job and I love working with teachers and students alike. I was a classrom teacher for 10 years and have been in my role now for 3 years. My son is a brand new kindergartener and I'm learning the life of "education" from the parent side for the first time. My husband works in the area of construction and masonry work. I love fitness and Crossfit. I'm a DIY'er, like crafty projects and love outdoorsy fun. Want to know more about me- just ask!
